Fantastic, fun and helpful staff

We were very pleasantly surprised at our room. Clearly newly renovated. Large & spacious and the staff were just lovely

Very nice stay, rooms were confortable and clean. Staff were excellent and attentive.

The staff at Castle Varagh are what makes this hotel such an enjoyable and pleasant place to stay.Everyone we met were so friendly and welcoming. The accommodation itself was clean and well presented. I would definitely recommend this accommodation as a place to stay if you are travelling in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly and breakfast was also really good. Thanks for facilitating a late check out for us also.

Lovely hotel, very clean room. Friendly staff my wife had left something behind phoned up and they were most helpful,found it and will post it down to us. I would stay again if in the area

Our stay at Castle Varagh Hotel was absolutely lovely. The room was very nice and having Tom's restaurant downstairs was so convenient. And one night, we were treated to live music, which was an extra special treat. Overall recommend this gem.

The staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable beds. Had a great nights sleep. The chocolate is a lovely touch these days where all those extras are gone in hotels. Only observation would be some more coeliac options on the menu. Otherwise fantastic stay.

Super clean hotel. Spacious rooms - friendly staff - dinner and drinks are great here in the adjacent bar - breakfast is made to order and a real standout. I visit a lot of hotels due to work commitments and the breakfast on both occasions is Uk there with 5 star resorts. Well done chefs.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was large but cozy, very clean. The staff were so friendly and informative of local area. The chocolate left in our room was delicious. If we ever visit Ireland again, we will definitely stay there.

We particularly enjoyed the breakfast at Castle Varagh and the fact that it was made to order. Our room was spacious and well maintained. The bar/restaurant was a pleasant place to spend the evening. Most of all, all of your staff were so pleasant and helpful. Thanks.

The hotel has undergone a significant refurbishment since I stayed there last, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the rooms, the bar/dining areas and everything in between I could not find any fault with my stay. The staff there are phenomenal, it's an extremely busy hotel with both residents and locals, and even though they were full to capacity they handled food and drink service with absolute ease. I was lucky enough to stay in one of their king rooms and it was absolutely huge, the bath and shower facilities were also top range. I wish they had provided some toiletries for the bath as all products were secured to the wall in the bathroom but that was just a minor issue. I will definitely be back to visit again in the future and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.
